Great Destination Hospitality was founded in Bengaluru in 2020 by Sumit Parthi, with the conviction that India's Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — Davangere, Alibag, Vishakhapatnam, Manali, Hubballi and dozens more — represent the next generation of Indian travel demand.
Our role is simple: to bring brand discipline, operating systems and thoughtful design to the hotels that already serve those cities — and to a few new ones we are helping to build. We do it through franchise and management-contract partnerships with local property owners, because the people who already know the city know things no national brand manual can.
Today we operate two brands — MySpace for warm, value-forward comfort, and VIVIDUS for contemporary lifestyle — across six properties and five states. That is a deliberately small number. We are more interested in doing a few hotels well than a lot of hotels loudly.

We take well-located existing hotels and rebrand them — faster to market, lower environmental cost, closer to the cities already wanting what we offer.

Our attention sits where the growth actually is — the Davangeres, the Alibags, the Vishakhapatnams. Not the metros.
